Cloud-only tracks that aren't downloaded sometimes fail to start. Open the Music app, play the same song there to verify the track itself is playable, then return to the Tyrant.
Hold the reign line (the REIGN heading at the top of the court) for 1.5 seconds. A heavy haptic confirms, the decree is revoked, and you're returned to the welcome screen. A single tap on the same line opens The Dossier, your record of past reigns.
Yes. A pardon loves the song and gathers it into a playlist called The Pardoned. A banishment dislikes the song and files it in The Block. Both playlists live in your own Apple Music library, and rescinding a banishment clears the dislike.

Every banishment writes a permanent row in The Block, and the register groups them. AWAITING THE AXE stands condemned and still sits in your library. STRUCK FROM THE LIBRARY is gone, by the Headsman or by your own hand. SPARED walked free; the row remains, as record. Export and amnesty reach the standing sentence only.
The court draws one permutation per reign: every song exactly once, in the order drawn. You get what you get. When the last subject has performed, the reign concludes and the next begins with a fresh shuffle.
After the gallows fires, the bar drains for two seconds; tap it while it drains to undo. Past that window, open The Block and RESCIND the entry. The song rejoins the reign and its dislike is cleared. The register moves the row to SPARED; the record outlives the sentence.
